The New Óbuda

D: ÉTK Filmstudio
The film portrays the disappearance of the old Schwab town in Óbuda and the emerging new city centre and housing estate in its place. A silent movie with artistic approach that shows the disappearing city through photographs and music. This urban renewal was done in quite a radical spirit, only a few small parts were preserved from the old urban fabric,  built into the modern part as a separate enclave.
